The First International Symposium on Sustainable Algal Cultivation and Applications (1st-SACAS)

On February 8, 2024, Professor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kavalee Chotirat, Vice Dean for Planning, Strategy, Innovation, and International Affairs, had the honor of inaugurating the 1st International Symposium on Sustainable Algal Cultivation and Applications (1st IS-SACAS) at the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University.
Furthermore, BCGeTEC Center has been supported by the Office of Research Affairs and International Relations in co-hosting the 1st International Symposium on Sustainable Algal Cultivation and Applications (1st IS-SACAS) on February 8-9, 2024. This symposium aims to invite experts in algal cultivation technology and utilization from academia, industry, and government sectors within ASEAN countries (Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines), as well as other countries, to share knowledge and experiences to drive the activities of the Research Unit of Sustainable Algal Cultivation and Applications (SACAS) and to establish sustainable cooperation networks among academia, industry, and government sectors at national, ASEAN regional, and global levels in the future. 🌏
